Biography
Camille Folkard, M.D., earned her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine where she graduated with the highest honors. She completed her medical residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and it was her time spent here that cemented her love for the city of Dallas. As a Toronto native, she was able to study in the laboratories where researchers first discovered insulin. Her proximity to such profound research inspired her to focus her medical practice in endocrinology. She continued her education at the University of Oklahoma where she saw first-hand the dramatic impacts of hormone therapy on people‘s lives.
